Dana White Habla Sobre El Incidente De Mike Perry: “Ese No Es Un Comportamiento Normal. Haremos Todo Lo Posible Para Ayudarlo”

El peleador de peso wélter del UFC, Mike Perry, recientemente fue noticia debido a un incidente que él mismo protagonizó en un restaurante, situación en donde golpeó a un hombre mayor y por lo cual ahora enfrenta cargos de agresión y delito menor.

Durante un evento para los medios previo al UFC 251 - una cartelera que tendrá lugar este fin de semana en Abu Dabi - el presidente del UFC, Dana White, se refirió a la violenta conducta de Perry. Según Dana, el comportamiento de Perry no es normal y la compañía del Octágono se va a asegurar de que Perry reciba la ayuda que necesita (vía MMANews):

Dana White: "Él obviamente necesita ayuda. Ese no es un comportamiento normal. Al final se ha vuelto mucho más enojado y agitado, pero ya saben, vemos que esto sucede con chicos y chicas cuando éstos empiezan a tener un poco de fama y cuando comienzan a hacerse (verdaderamente) famosos. Me divierto bastante en redes sociales. (Pero) ves que muchos no la pasan bien en redes sociales. Hay cosas horribles que le han sucedido a las personas al lidiar con las redes sociales, y todos lidian con ello de manera diferente. Me encantan las críticas. Me encanta, ya saben, todo eso como quieras llamarlo que sucede en redes sociales entre los fans, y todo eso. Yo tengo esa capacidad. Él definitivamente no tiene esa capacidad y definitivamente es un chico que probablemente debería mantenerse alejado de las redes sociales y realizar algunos cambios en su vida. Haremos todo lo posible para ayudarlo".

He's gotten a lot more angry and agitated in the last, but you know, you see this happen with guys and girls when they start to get a little bit of fame and they start to get famous. I have a blast on social media. You see a lot of people that don't have fun on social media. There's some horrible things that have happened to people in dealing with social media, and everybody deals with it differently. I love criticism. I love, you know, whatever you wanna call it that goes on on social media between media, fans, and all that stuff. I'm just built that way. He is definitely not built that way and he's definitely a guy that should probably stay off social media and needs to make a few changes in his life. We're gonna do everything we can to help him."
